“Clancy put a roof on our house about seven years ago, and he was wonderful to work with. March 14th of this year, a tornado hit our home, and we called Clancy right away. He, again, has been amazing to work with. The insurance company has been very difficult, and Clancy never gave up on us. Worked countless hours to help us have the insurance company approve all the claims. And the proof is in how the house looks now. We had an entire new roof. We had new vinyl siding put on and, a complete back wall of windows that were taken out by the storm. And him and Clancy and his crew were perfect to work with to get all that done for us. Took a total of six months, pretty much almost to the day of when the storm came through.
Most of the challenges, though, involved insurance, with Clancy fighting with them to get approval to, take care of the damage that was incurred by this storm. It’s our biggest. Yeah. Struggle was the insurance company. We did hire contractors probably 15 years ago. They said they were going to replace the entire roof through the insurance company, and they replaced maybe a fourth of it and took the rest of the money and. Left all of it. So when we, talked with Clancy at Atlas eight years ago, I guess it’s been we had obviously pay out of pocket for our new roof and he was wonderful then. And that’s why we contacted him and only him for this new damage.”
